Yesterday I also managed to finally, at long last, finish chapter 14 of my second novel Buried. This was one of the longest and most grueling chapters. It is meant to be the connection point of two of the main characters in which I was attempting to build a closer relationship and bond them and also reach a very ital curve into the plotline of the story.
For some reason I took me a very, very long time to complete, perhaps because it’s been a tough couple of months to write in, perhaps I was a little scatterbrained in regard to where and how this was going. But now it’s done, at a little over 4,190 words!
I’ve already started the next couple of chapters but these I’m not entirely sure at what stage they’ll come in the story. This also means that I’ve finally, just barely, passed the 40K word count… half way through ladies and gentlemen.
